Position : Engineer – (Handling Customer Claims)
Department : Quality
Company : Fainger LESER Valves Pvt. Ltd (German MNC)
Location : Paithan MIDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
Qualification : DME/BE
Professional Experience Required : 2-3 years.
Job Responsibilities :
1) Update and maintain customer complaints register.
2) Prepare and submit acknowledgment letter for received customer complaints.
3) Plan and execute site visit against receipt complaints.
4) Guidance to prepare MOM during site visit
5) Investigation on receipt customer complaints.
6) Submit corrective and preventive action to customer.
7) Preparation of daily and monthly report against the receipt complaints.
8) Update and maintain customer returns details.
9) Coordination between internal department and customer for service requirements.
Knowledge Required :
1) Valve Industry.
2) Quality Tools
3) MS Office
4) Measurement Instrument/Gauges.
Skills :
1) Customer complaint handling.
2) Effective communication.
